Megan and Weston | Engaged

May 11, 2014  •  9 Comments

This past weekend, I had the distinct pleasure of photographing my good friend Weston's proposal to his girlfriend Megan at Brooklyn Bridge Park. With the weather finally turning warm in New York City, Weston arranged a picnic date with Megan, with a careful eye to impending rain coming later that afternoon. Sure enough, the rain held off just long enough, and Weston proposed to Megan with a picturesque backdrop of downtown Manhattan and the Brooklyn Bridge.

As Megan composed herself, Weston said, "Oh, and one more thing..." Megan immediately replied, "Is Mark hiding in the bushes?" Sure enough, I was! Please view photography evidence below of my ninja skillz. We concluded with some portraits, and a downpour started right as we finished the last shot. What an afternoon -- congratulations, Megan and Weston!
